In 1889, Constant Girard, as the second founder of Girard-Perregaux, exhibited the famous three-gold bridges tourbillon watch at the Paris World Expo and won the gold medal at the Paris World Expo. The bezel has a floating markers and the “1791” (time when the brand was created) is printed at 6 o’clock, what’s more, there is a delicate miniature balance wheel to ensure accurate timekeeping.
